Financial Aid Checklist
New Students
- Please contact the Financial Aid Office to request a financial aid application packet.
- Complete the School and Student Service for Financial Aid application (SSS) upon receipt from the financial aid office.
- Keep a photocopy of the completed SSS application for your records.
- Mail the completed SSS application with the appropriate fee in the envelope provided in the application packet.
- Submit the current year and previous year tax records to the YCDS Financial Aid Office at your earliest convenience. Please include all schedules, 1099 statements, and W-2 forms.
Current Students
- Students currently receiving financial aid will be sent a financial aid application packet at the beginning of the calendar year. If you do not receive a packet by January 15, please contact the Financial Aid Office.
- Complete the School and Student Service for Financial Aid application (SSS).
- Keep a photocopy of the completed SSS application for your records.
- Mail the completed SSS application with the appropriate fee in the envelope provided in the application packet.
- Prior to March 1, send the YCDS Financial Aid Office a signed copy of each parent's Federal Income Tax Return (complete with all schedules), 1099 statements, and W-2 forms for the previous year.
- By April 25, submit a signed copy of each parent's current Federal Income Tax Return complete with all schedules, 1099 statements, and W-2 forms to the Financial Aid Office.
