Parents Association

All parents whose children attend York Country Day School are automatically members of the Parents Association (PA). There are no dues, and everyone is invited and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings and to become actively involved with the Parents' Association.

The mission of the PA

  • Promote the school through events that raise community awareness.
  • Provide support to the school through volunteerism, hospitality, and gifts.
  • Act as a channel for communication with the school administration.

SCRIP

The Parents' Association offers the SCRIP program as a means to raise funds while providing parents a convienent way to reduce tuition. See the SCRIP page for additional information and printable forms.

  • Available Tuesday/Fridays 8 to 9 AM at the sales table in the lobby.
  • Orders made Tuesdays will be available for pick-up on Friday morning.
  • Orders can be dropped off with Barb Landis at any time so they are ready for processing on Tuesday mornings.

Meeting Dates

Board meetings are held generally on the second Thursday of each month. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
