Part-Time Lower School Engineering and Robotics Teacher
York Country Day School is seeking a part-time Engineering and Robotics Teacher to join our well-established Engineering and Robotics team. The ideal candidate is an independent yet highly collaborative and creative thinker, comfortable with 21st-century technology and committed to a multidisciplinary approach to teaching.
This candidate will have the opportunity to build both engineering and robotics programming and work in our state-of-the-art laboratory space. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of the developmental needs of students in Preschool to grade 5 and demonstrate a passion for working with these age levels. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain a rigorous academic program by developing aligned curriculum, setting clear expectations for teaching and learning, and using student assessment data to inform instruction.
